Product Info

ICE Pump Pre Workout. Food supplement. With sweeteners. Contains caffeine (400 mg / serving size 18,5 g), not recommended for children or pregnant woman. Product in powder form intended for physically active people.

citrulline malate, beta alanine, L-arginine alphaketoglutarate (A-AKG), betaine anhydrous, stabiliser (glyceryl monostearate), acidity regulator (E500(ii)), anti-caking agent (E551), flavourings, caffeine anhydrous, sweeteners (acesulfam K, sucralose, steviol glycosides), salt, colours (E160a, E110*). *May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended Usage

Mix ~4 scoops (18,5 g) of powder with 300-350 ml of water. Drink 1 serving size about 20 minutes before your workout. The measure included in the packet serves to facilitate portioning, but it does not guarantee precise dosing. It is advisable to use scales in order to measure out the exact amount. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
