Core CREA HMB. Food supplement. With sweeteners.

A powdered product supplementing the diet with creatine, calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate, as well as minerals and vitamin B6, intended for physically active adults and athletes.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, the eneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Vitamin B6 contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Recommended Usage

Mix ~1 scoop of powder (3,83 g) with 100 ml of water. Consume 3 servings daily (1 serving = 3,83 g), one serving on an empty stomach, the second before training and the third after training.
